Wenxin Ong - Emerging Artist
Ong Wen Xin, born in Johor, Malaysia in 2002, Malaysia-based emerging artist.
Wenxin's work explores the fluidity of the subconscious and emotional expression. Rather than depicting reality directly, she embraces intuition, allowing her paintings to grow organically without rigid preconceptions. Through this process, her works become a visual reflection of fleeting thoughts, emotions, and subconscious movements.
Her practice remains open-ended, inviting viewers to engage with her work through their own perceptions. Rather than conveying fixed narratives, she sees art as a catalyst for introspection, encouraging audiences to explore their inner landscapes through the act of seeing.
